Visit request workflow
A synthetic visitor workbook (fields down, visitors across) goes in. The completed visit request comes out, with each rule checked and the reason shown for every break, and one status: ready to submit, errors found, or manual review required. A person accepts or rejects it.
Pipeline
- Read the workbook (synthetic workbook).
- Validate each field against the rules.
- Derive the end date as the earliest of the three limits, to the day.
- Fill Part 1 and Attachment A.
- Highlight each rule break with its reason.
- Show one status banner.
- A person accepts or rejects; print.
Where it runs
Here: synthetic data only, offline.
In production: real visitor records stay inside a CMMC Level 2 boundary, with access control, audit, masking and encryption. The same rules and expected results are promoted from the synthetic run only after every expected result matches.
Personal fields are masked on screen. No real names, birth dates or Social Security numbers appear on this page.
Completed request (synthetic)
Preset scenarios illustrate expected findings. This preview does not scan uploaded files or submit a visit request.
